Product Shipping and Receiving<\/h1>\n

Means of Receipt\/ Delivery<\/h2>\n
The order department proceeds to ship orders only after payment has been received and after informing our accounting department. After the informing, the deliverable products are shipped a maximum of 1 to 3 days later, while for the rest after consultation with the company.
\nAt the time of shipment, there is a possibility of a shortage of any of the products in the order.<\/div>\n
\n

1) If the product\/items that are out of stock concern a special construction (logo embroidery, special stitching, etc.) then the remainder of your order will be shipped without prior notification and when the product\/items that are out of stock are available, they will be shipped separately.<\/p>\n

2) If the product\/items are out of stock due to stock shortage, we have the following options upon consultation:<\/p>\n

  1. To hold the amount until the product\/items are available and shipped<\/li>\n
  2. To send an alternative product\/items<\/li>\n
  3. To hold the amount for a future order<\/li>\n
  4. To refund the amount related to the product\/items in shortage Galanos informs about the possible shortage of products with the aim of a good and smooth cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To directly receive your orders, you can visit the showroom at the address Gymnastiriou 3, Nikaia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Receipt Hours<\/div>\n

    Monday \u2013 Friday: 13:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m.
    <\/strong>Upon consultation with the receiving department.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Receipt process:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Upon completing their order, the customer gets notified about the date when they can receive their order.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Packaging of goods takes place one day before the date of receit and not earlier than that.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Packaged orders shall remain in company storage for one day.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      In the case of direct receipt of products, the following prerequisites must be met:<\/div>\n

      • \n
        The products of the order should be available and in stock<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        A storage employee must be available to package the ordered goods.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        The order must be placed online or via telephone, and an appointment for receipt of the order must be set. If said appointment has not been set, then you may not be able to receive your order on that same day due to inventory stockout.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        With our partners\u2018 convenience in mind, we at Galanos ship our products all over Greece.<\/p>\n

        We exclusively assign deliveries to transport agencies. We do not deliver goods using our own vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        *Transport costs are charged to the customer and are not included in the price.
        *Between the times of delivery and packaging, there is a posibillity that some of the products may be out of stock.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
